How to do notifications on the Band 2

I recently got a Microsoft Band 2. I believe that it has something like a quiet mode like the Windows Phone has, but I don't know how to get to it. How is it done?

Press the power button on your band. Scroll all the way to the left. Press the settings button. The first icon looks like a bell. Press it and turn do not disturb on.
