How to EASILY merge duplicate+ Contacts????

Is there an EASY way to merge duplicate & triplicate contacts SMOOTHLY, WITHOUT having to:

• Use Google Contacts "merge" web service function.
  
  
  
• Use Outlook.com's People Clean up function
  
  
  
  MANUALLY go through EACH contact in the phone to Link them to the duplicates
  
  This is the most tedious of all because you have to attach the regular phone book name with social media makes and with Windows phone there is NO other option other than "Hotmail" or "Google". This leaves eg; Jane Doe will now have about a dozen hotmail entries and three google entries under her contact card. Why isn't there a SIMPLE way to merge ALL of a contact's hotmail info into ONE hotmail card and ALL Google info into ONE Google card?
