How to enable app search boxes in Titan?

Got my new Titan today. Love it so far.

I previously had the original Focus. On that when I swipe to the app list screen, in addition to the apps being sorted alphabetically you will see the letter in box. Clicking that will allow you to skip to the starting letter of your app. Similar to the way contacts are listed in people hub.

However on my Titan (AT&T) I am not seeing that. Is there a setting to enable that?

Its based on how many you have. Install more and the search will appear

The jump list doesn't appear until you have (I think) 45 apps listed.
