check that your date, time, time zone and region settings are correct

Second, go to settings and check in accounts and sync your main account

If the above does not work, try a soft reset

Which kind of reset can't you do? Soft, factory or hard?

What's your current OS version and phone model?

Thanks for help finally fixed it by changing time to 2018 and then changing back to present time.
