How to fix mail error 0x85050013 on Windows 10?

Trying to add multiple email accounts to mail and I get an error message 0x85050013 and it won't allow me to add any other email beside my default one.

hi, also had this problem - giving the user local admin rights fixed this issue

Hello,

I am the only user on this PC and currently have administration rights and it still gives me the error when I try to add a second account to my mail app.
