How to flag emails on Windows 8 with my Nokia Lumia 635?

I can't seem to find any kind of flagging option with my yahoo account using the email app. I tried accesssing it from my laptop, and there is an option to flag emails there but when I sync the laptop app and windows mail app after doing so, there is no change. I've also manually added a folder names "flagged" and then moved the email to that folder however again, after syncing, there is no change.

Email – Know what you want to do without even opening the email? Mark it as read or unread, move it to a folder, flag it for later or just delete it.

I have found that on my Lumia I am only able to flag emails in my Exchange accounts (work EAS and Hotmail/Outlook.com). The option is not there for my Gmail account (have not tried adding my Yahoo account)

Interestingly, I am able to flag emails in my gmail account on my HP Stream, which runs full Windows 8.1, so it should not be a stretch for them to add that capability on Windows Phone. I wonder if it's possible on any Windows Phone?
