how do i get to the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\Software \ Microsoft \ Shell \ OEM \ Start " on my ativ s and get the third row? i don't understand and xda isn't very helpful

The third column of tiles is coming in WP8.1, surely you can wait a few more days for the developer preview?

yes that was the plan but my dad wasnt convinced that it would look good on a lumia 920(trying to convince him to buy it for himself) so i set out to show him how it looks on my ativ s
