How to get 8.1 Denim Update?

I have a 'new' 920, on AT&T (AT&T branded, as well). Everything works great, except I can't seem to get it to update to Denim. Stuck on 8.10.12393.890.

Is there a process to force this update?

It might not be possible. MS may have switched off any and all WP8 updates.

Try the Windows Device Recovery Tool. If there's an image for the 920, it may be on Denim.
