If you are in the US or have set your region for the US it should be there. Keep in mind to use it GPS has to be on.

A quick search would have helped, as their are several threads that cover this specific topic.

Anyways. JamesPTao almost nailed it. You need to set your device's region to US and also change its language to English (US).

Set your device like you are on US, restart the WP and voila

Set your language and region and speech in English(US)then restart ur device then go to setting and search for update
