How to get latest W10M 14393.x ?

I am on Insider Slow and currently on 14393.0. How do I get the latest release ?
What is the latest now ?

They are currently on 14393.5, but I think that one has gone out only to the Fast Ring. There was a 14393.3 that I thought went to both Fast and Slow rings, but I may be wrong. It's possible that 14393.0 is the last build made available to the Slow Ring.

The wiser heads on the various Windows sites have suggested that 14393.5 is in fact the last Insider version and may be identical to the pending Anniversary Update. But its seems barely possible that another bug-fixing cumulative update could be pushed out before August 2 (next Tuesday). At this point there is probably not much difference between a cumulative update two days before the AU release and two days after, so I'm guessing we won't see any more updates before the actual release.

Just join the fast ring. 14393.x should be the anniversary build. The x is just minor incremental bug fixes.
