How to get my Outlook People contacts in Microsoft Launcher?

I logged in the Launcher with my Microsoft account, but I cannot see my contacts in the People card? Why?

One of the suggestions here should work. (IMO the simplest is to manually export from Outlook.com and then import those same files as Contacts on your Android phone.

You can also use the Outlook app and sign in that using your MS account to retrieve your contacts.
