How to get Reservation Icon of Windows 10 Home on Windows 7 Home Basic?

Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3035583) has been installed in my laptop. Still I don't see the Reservation icon... How can I get that? Using Windows 7 Home Basic.
