How to get the 'Extras' in settings?

After I had upgraded to build 10136 from winisow phone 8.1, there was a 'Extras' category in settings. But after I did a reset, it has gone missing. How to get it back, as it had some of the features that I would love to have?

Try hard rest again or roll back and try again. It should be under settings and if not then this is a update/preview glitch.
But now 10149 is out maybe it comes back if you install this update.
