How to get the most current Build for windows 10 mobile to show in my phone update?

I downloaded the Windows 10 mobile insider long back but desisted from downloading the early builds. I am on the fast ring. However with the 10146 Buid i am really interested to download windows 10 mobile. Unfortunately each time i check the available update a very old Build always shows up! I tried to delete the Windows insider app and reinstall in the hope of getting the latest Build but to no effect. I tried resetting and everything but still get an old Build!!

any suggestion to get the most current Build on my Lumia 925??
