How to get TP after getting windows phone 8.1 update 2.

I got the windows phone 8.1 update 2 in my Lumia 830, but I want to install the TP on my phone(daily driver) , what to do?

The downloading starts but it stucks on downloading 0% from last 15mins

Same here stuck in 5 %...lets see..i think overload of servers may be causing this and I think it will be fixed by today as many of them will have updated to the preview....! All we can do is wait....for things to get better

Now im also experiencing the same, stuck on 5%.. The microsoft should be curious to take care of their users as they are experiencing problem ,
