How to get update lumia 520,windows 8.1 to windows 10 is it possible for 512 mb ram ?

The 520 is not supported for Windows 10 Mobile so you can't get it, even through Insider.

You are welcome to try to hack the registry but that is at your own precaution.

I had Lumia 630 which has 512 MB ram. I upgraded to Windows 10 successfully through Windows Insider program. Ram is not an issue. You mobile may be doesnot support upgrade.
