how to get W10M Insider Preview 10586.164

I upgraded my phone to W10M Insider Preview 14295 which had many issues so I installed Windows 8.1 through Windows Device recovery tool and updated my phone to Windows 10 Insider Preview 10586.107 with Insider Release Preview. Now i want W10M Insider Preview 10586.164 on my phone but when I check for update its showing W10M Insider Preview 14295 as next update which i dont want. Please help me how i can get W10M Insider Preview 10586.164???? I am using Lumia 430.

Take Release Ring, NOT Fast or Slow

yes I am taking release ring but after selecting release ring it gives error message that "sorry we cannot configure your device because it is currently preparing an update. Please install the update."

I guess it's to late, you must first hard reset your phone going to Settings, Info, Restore.
Phone will be in 107. Once started, update cannot be stopped.
After Restore, enter inside PRODUCTION.
There it MUST find 10586.164

My wife's 640 updated to 14295 (Forgot was still on fast) and phone has major issues with SD card now. So to reset, and get back to 164, do I have to use windows recovery to 8.1? Also, after 8.1, just set insider to Production and should get to 164?
