how to get windows 8.1 on Ativ Neo

windows 8.1 for Ative Neo is out today.

I have been using developer review and still registered to it. how can I get the regular 8.1 update? will it rollover it or should I quit developer review?

I also had the Developer Preview on my Neo but just checked for updates and it found it. Installed it and is running 8.10.14192.280 and uninstalled Preview app. What I don't see is that in the updated manual for the Ativ Neo on Samsungs website, it states that the notification light to the left of the speaker on top is supposed to now turn orange (maybe flash?) when you receive a notification and blue when you power on the device....well it doesn't.

Actually, now that I look at it, I may still be stuck on the Developer Preview

what is the correct OS version after 8.1 update? I logged out developer preview then reset from phone and also tried hard reset again. The phone came back on with OS version 8.10.14192.280. 'software: windows phone 8.1 update'. Is this correct version or still on developer preview?
