How to get windows for free? If i already bought two laptops with windows pre-installed.???

HOW TO GET WINDOWS FOR FREE?
IF I ALREADY BOUGHT TWO LAPTOPS WITH WINDOWS PRE-INSTALLED.???

i am about to build my very own compouter from scratch, and for the OS i choose 'Windows' Of Course... Now that i had already bought two laptops, one with windows 7, and other *(the one im using right now) with windows 10, do i need to pay for a whole new copy of windows 10, and buy the cd, is there any way i can get windows on my new desktop for free, because i already payed for thecopy twice.

If that house was in a digital form,
lets say a picture,
and I would have to pay to download it,
and if I needed another copy of the exact same photo,
from the exact same company,
they would probably not charge me two times,

You can get Windows 10 legally for the Windows 7 laptop, but the license will be tied to the laptop. There is no way to get Windows for FREE for a brand new machine that you are building yourself. Not legally. If someone is telling you otherwise, they are lying to you.

You can get an OEM copy as a system builder, however. OEM copies will be tied to the machine you build. Once you've installed it the first time, you'll never be able to move it to a new machine, but it is cheaper to purchase than the full retail version.

License for a digital operating system is not the same as the license for a photo. You have to read the terms and conditions of the license, and accept the license agreement in order to use it. If you obtain it without paying for it, and it is not a legitimate upgrade under the law and terms of the agreement, then you are breaking the law.

Why not hit eBay and purchase a win 7 license key? They are cheap enough seen them as low as $13 US. install 7 legit then get your 10 upgrade legit. Cheap enough...

Sorry, there's nothing "free" in this world. People feeling entitled to free stuff is how our society got so dysfunctional, but that's a rant for another place and time.

And I really wouldn't trust somebody selling a Windows 7 key on ebay for a cheap price, there's no way they obtained it legitimately in order to sell it to you.

Lol I agree with you and how you feel.. There is a risk involved.. Could be a person that moved on to 8 or their machine fried and bought a new one too. I suggested this route though cause I have a cousin that purchased 2 off eBay and the keys worked with no problems.. Maybe he just got lucky though..

If you can get yourself certified as 501c3 (or equivalent, for non-US readers) non-profit, you can get a Windows license for $15, Office ProPlus for $40, and Server Standard for $66.

Maybe some of those ebay sellers are dealing in stuff like this, or MAK keys from an organization, or OEM stickers they peeled off of dead hardware. Whatever, it's not legal.
