How to go back to the official build?

I've registered to the windows insider and updated my 950 to the preview build .63. I do feel the phone isn't any better with this and ive issues like setting up lock screen wallpaper etc

How do I go back to the official build .29? When I go to insider preview and try to leave programme it says you're not registered to the program

How do I get out of this without using recovery etc?

In short not.
The only way to go back to .29 is to use the WDRT.

What about hard reset of the phone? Does it go back to the official build or just wipes the phone ans still stays at the current version .63?

No. That will still leave the insider build.

Is there an issue with setting up lock screen with pictures from OneDrive. It just keeps spinning when I do that..

In short not.
The only way to go back to .29 is to use the WDRT.

So when I install WDRT on my pc, will it reinstall .29 on my phone?

Yes. WDRT will install the latest "official" released software (OS + firmware) on your phone. This software does not include the "pre-release / technical preview OS" software you get when you are on the insider.
