How to go from fast ring to production when AU comes ?

I'm currently on fast ring but i want to know, what i have to do when the AU comes to get back on the production ring and leave the insider. Thank you.

when the anniversary update rolls out, just check for updates and install it if you didn't have the same OS build.

If on pc, go to update and select production build or stop receiving insider builds
For phone, go to the insider app and select production or release ring
