How to hard reset the windows 10 phone?

Trying to reset the phone but it keeps coming on without deleting all the stuff off of it

How are you trying to reset the phone?

Are you using the "reset your phone" in the About Setting?

If not go to About -> Show more -> Scroll down to the bottom.

Also make sure you back everything up first!

Lastly you can try using the windows device recovery tool.

Turn off phone. Press the power key and volume up key at the same time to turn on the device. This works for Fierce XL.
