How to I upgrade to Windows 10 using bootcamp?

Windows Central Question

i have an authenticated version of Windows 7 running on bootcamp and it is completely up to date "update wise" however I have no windows symbol in the task bar to press to update and windows update won't allow any further updates, as says everything fine.
