How to initiate a wireless sync?

Hi there. Sorry if this is answered, I'm just not finding it. All i can find are threads on Network errors. I am not recieving any network errors. I would like to know how to initiate a wireless sync. I have an HTC Arrive, and am fairly new to using WP7...since OCt. (webOS refugee). My network is fine, I have wireless sync set up on the software. It's just if I am holding my phone, how do I connect to the computer from the phone wirelessly? On my Zune HD, I just got to settings, wireless, connect to computer, and as long as my laptop is on, the Zune software will launch and syncing begins. Does WP7 not have that ability?

EDIT: Okay, totally misread your post. To initiate wireless sync, you need to plug your phone into an outlet (basically charge it).

Plug it in wait 10 minutes and sync will start on it own. There is currently no other way to start the sync.
