How to insert contact on my microsoft phone

My old phone broke and I bought a new cheap one. I have all my contacts saved on my laptop as VCard files.
How can I put all of those contacts on my new phone?
The operating system is Lumia Denim.

You can do it via Onedrive People notebook web site, there you can import all cards . Then, Lumia will sync OneDrive People with People app via internet
