there are many bad coded or just experimental codes found on different websites like 4hsraed.com or torrents.
I got his point.he wants to install cracked apps just like all other do with android which is actually an open source.(the reason why I choose windows phone ). windows store checks all the apps are free from porn,etc hence the app store is still completely clean <3
the xap he found are cracked apps submitted by people. He wants to install them on his windows phone.
