how to install windows 10 os in another drive rather than c: without losing old os data

Windows Central Question

i have windows 7 installed on my laptop.but suddenly a part of it is corrupted.i have this OS in drive C:. now this drive has only 10 GB free memory.so i want to install win 10 in another drive but that have some important data,which i can't get again and i don't want the data to be mixed up with the new OS.

- Go here: microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
- Download the tool
- Run it
- This will allow you to download the relevant ISO file
- Use that to create a USB or DVD install media.
- Boot from that install on the new drive.
