How to make my device developer unlocked??

Hello I want to know how to make my Lumia developer unlocked??
Please show me the ways and the XAP limit and tell me which one you recommend!!!??

Developer options are in the settings. You didn't say what phone you are talking about. Windows 8.1 has a limit of apps you can sideload but there is no such limit with Windows 10 Mobile.

do mention your device and the OS , windows 10 mobile has an inbuilt option under settings where you can turn on or off the developer mode.
