First thought is to email it to yourself from the phone to the PC. I've done that with success in the past.

They're not persisted. When at the PDF viewer, share to SkyDrive to save.

Download the pdf through File Downloader app, which has a number of ways to transfer out of phone. Or install Pocket File Manager, which can open PDF files directly, saves them for you, and can transfer out of phone in several different ways.

It is useful to see the PDF files but some files are still not visible.

Via SkyDrive is the method I use and recommend. It is really easy. You already have a SkyDrive account. Your Windows Phone has SkyDrive built in. If you don't have SkyDrive on your PC you can simply go to SkyDrive.com and grab the file.
