How to move or uninstall Phone Inbuilt memory

I have Lumia phone 550 with 8 gb memory. Out of which Microsoft Apps take away 6+ memory. I dont use Groove Music, Gadgets, Xbox, Films and TV, One Note, If I could move or uninstall one of them I can maintain 150 or 200 mb minimum internal memory. Can you help? Films & TV 89 mb is idle for me.
