How to opt out of windows 10 insider builds and into Windows Ten Redstone

Hi, I've been on insider builds for quite a while but recently I've found them pretty buggy, and evven have had Microsoft Edge stop working altogether for a short while on build 14905. Aside, from getting the recover images for 8.1 and then manually updating to 10 redstone, is there anyway to just go back to the regular Windows 10 Mobile Redstone version? Thanks so much for your help, appreciate it! Btw, I'm relatively knowledgeable about technology, so if there's a more complex solution that would be alright! Thanks again

You mean you want to leave insider and go to official the Anniversary Update (aka RS1) build?
