How to Pin a Word Doc to Start

I used to be able to do this. Now there is no option to pin a Word Doc. Did this feature get removed???

I'm not sure but check once again: Go into Word > Long-hold the document from Recent and then Pin to Start.

You could go to File Explorer > Long hold on the document > Pin to Start

Or if these options are not available upload your file to OneDrive if you don't mind, then go to OneDrive > Long press on document > pin to start.

Turns out you have to do it from within Word you can NOT do it from the open document or from file explorer .
