How To Play MP3s From Phone On Computer

So, I've been a Windows Mobile user, for years...
I've always just kept my MP3s on the microSD card, connected the phone to my computer with USB, and played my music on the computer from the phone.
My microSD card would show up as a removable drive, so I could work with those files as normal.
Now, my phone shows up under Windows Phone (not a drive letter) and I can't select my MP3s and play them.
I can play a single MP3, by double-clicking on the file.
So, how do I play my music on my computer?
Windows Media Player shows my music under Windows Phone, but I can't play the music for some reason.
Basically, this is my work computer, so I don't have XBox Music or SkyDrive.
