How to print documents on Windows 10 mobile?

Windows 10 mobile was supposed to support printing through network printers and also print-to-pdf. With the latest build of W10M offering so much, is it now possible to print documents? If so, how?
Also, is it possible to print the webpages directly from the edge browser, preferably to a pdf?

I'm wondering if they'll eventually add network printing somehow with continuum as well. It'd be nice to use my 950xl as a laptop at school here and there but being unable to print to their networked printers it'd be pointless.

I believe it supports it now, but only from UWP apps that have it enabled, and only compatible printers...

However, some printer manufacturers offer an app... I know Brother has an app in the store, although it is targeted at WP7 & WP8... so it could maybe use an update.
