How to program nfc tags

So i got Mifare Ultralight C tags... using nfc interactor...can some one break down step by step instructions on how to program or record on to these tags?:asleep:

Mifare tags won't work. Wrong classification.

WP8 NFC support is limited if I rememer

It supports default NDEF. Custom formats are not supported. Not yet.

Mifare Ultralight C are Type 2, they should work.
(Mifare Classic don't work).

they work.. but not the full extend... are these tags rewritable?
