How to record incoming/outgoing calls in Windows Phone 8.1?

- Apps available in apps store are not useful and are costly. Their reviews aren't good.
- Please suggest possible solution that can be useful to record the calls.
- Microsoft should keep a default recording option as their in other devices of Nokia, that would be more useful.

That feature is not available for Windows Phone 8.1 at this time.
