How to record windows phone screen

There are no apps to record the screen on the phone. You'll either have to use the Windows Phone emulator in the software development kit, or use an external camera.

I was getting the impression they wanted to record their Project My Screen on PC. I could be wrong.

What about Miracast to a TV record off a video out port on same TV? Or is that only available on a 8.1 PC?
