That's something Windows mobile/phone does not provide natively like iOS.

Take screenshot of pic then crop it... It'll reduce the size... Or send those pics to ur/frd's/family's mobile through WhatsApp.. Then send them back to ur wp.. The pics u'll receive will be of small size... These are hacks that i sometimes use...
