How to reinstall windows?

Does anyone know exactly how to reinstall windows on this tablet?

Tried to find a guide or something but not having much luck.

if you didnt delete you restore partition you can just go to updates and restore and wipe it there. takes about 30 minutes

Ok, found the update part, but how would I reinstall windows if I can't get into the OS? There's been numerous times in the past that I messed up my desktops and my last resort is to always just reinstall windows and start from scratch.

I guess what I really want to know is how to move the recovery partition to a usb drive or possibly even micro sd card?
