How to remove the bad smell from the band 2?

I know that from any wrist wear it accumulates that smell after time with the sweat and bacterias around. I tried using rubbing alcohol with cotton swabs but the smell still stays there. Any suggestions? Since this band cannot be exposed too much to liquid it makes it challenging removing the smell.

The band 2 is water resistant so a quick rinse should be fine, as after all it's similar in what would happen if you were say washing your hands.
