How to request MS give Bing Reward points for WP searches

Was looking at another thread and it was discussed that WP users do not receive Bing Reward points for searches unlike searches on a desktop.

Personally I cannot thing of a better marketing ploy than "Get free S^&($ using our phone"

How would one, or many go about getting that message to the right people?
