How to restore bricked phone?

I need help. I thought the installation was stuck after waiting for half an hour, so i restarted my phone. After that, every time i turn on the phone i get the screen that shows the installation starting and then my phone restarts. How can i fix it?
please help

I used the Windows Phone Recovery Tool. In the time that you see the Microsoft logo, the tool will find the phone (at least that's how it worked for me), so I was able to connect the phone to the tool in those few seconds. Took a few tries, but it worked just fine
