How to restore phone data after upgrading to wp cyan

yesterday i was update my 8.0 os to wp 8.1 cyan firmware but i cant restore my data(including app data, calendar etc.. plz give me a solution

Unless you did a hard reset you shouldn't have lost your data in the first place...

If you hard reset your phone and didn't backup your data prior to doing it then it is gone and there's no way to get it back.

If you don't use the same MS account to log into your phone as before then you don't get the contacts, calendar etc.

Can you tell us what you did exactly?
