How to roll back from redstone to 10568

I am stuck on redstone in my 640xl and it sucks right now how to roll back to 10568 please tell??

1) connect to PC and roll back to the last firmware using Windows Device Recovery Tool
2) check for updates and update to WM10 either via Windows Insider Slow Ring or official update if available.
