How to roll back to WP8.1?

I am having Windows 10 Mobile (build 10512) in Lumia 520.
I want to roll back to WP8.1
When I have connected the phone to Windows Phone Recovery Tool 2.1.2, it shows that phone is having latest software version.
There is option to Reinstall software at bottom. What should I do?

Yes click reinstall at bottom... Then it'll download around 1.5 GB file... You can remove ur phone when its downloading... Attach ur phone when download's complete... That's it.

Will it reinstall Windows Phone 8.1 for sure?
If it installs W10M again, it will be a waste of Data and Time.

Yes it will don't worry... Even I have rolled back to 8.1
