How to set cellular as unmetered on my Windows 10 PC,

I just can't find the option in settings

I'm on au. settings>network and internet>wifi> *click on the network name* - scroll down. should have the switch there to turn it on or off.

I used it already to change an Ethernet connection (which happened to be via cellular data) to metered.
