Windows Central Question

I want to make a specific part of the picture to be shown as my wallpaper but windows 10 doesn't let me do it. It automatically enlarges the picture and set it as my wallpaper. The picture thus set up is not positioned correctly on the screen. How do I reposition the picture(wallpaper) on the screen according to my liking on windows 10

Could you please tell us that where do you want to use that image. I.e. LOCK screen, Background or Profile/Account pic ?

You've an inbuilt crop tool(Photos). You can crop that part you want to show it on wallpaper.

Show us the picture and the part you want to set as your background, it will make things easier. If you don't want to share the image, continue reading.

If the image has resolution big enough that cropping won't affect the quality, then crop it via any tool or set the boundary box when setting the wallpaper.
