How to set up AOL in Outlook on Lumia 640 Windows 10 phone?

I have a new Lumia 640 that I updated to Windows 10. I tried to set up AOL in Outlook but it's not working. I can receive, but not send messages. I went into settings to set up the server as prescribed for the Windows 8 phone and then did a reboot on the phone, but it still does not work. Any suggestions?
