how to setup custom ring tone in builed 10524

in my phone lumia 730 updated builed 10524.. but i'm unable to set up custom ringtone ..in windows 8.1 ringtone maker app is there ,but in windows 10 buliled 10524 not ther in ringtone maket any one help me

The same way you do it for some time ( and every Ringtone Maker does).
Copy the MP3 in Ringtones on the phone memory and then select it.
