How to solve SIM issue on wp 10?

When i enter sim pin ..Phone is getting strucked ..How to resolve this?

A hard reset seams to work to fix this problem.

I've found the only solution that turn off the SIM Pin protection trough the Phone Tile > Settings > SIM Security: off.
